A to Z Media in New York, NY is seeking a hands-on Operations Coordinator for our creative manufacturing environment. You will manage trafficking of projects from the internal art department through design, proofing, print, and final delivery, while keeping clients updated on status and timelines.

The ideal candidate is client-focused, proactive, and excels at communication and collaboration. Strong organizational skills, experience with MS Office and Google Suite are highly valued.

• Traffic art projects from design through proofing and production.
• Issue purchase orders to all vendors, domestic and international.
• Traffic projects through print, manufacturing and delivery.
• Provide regular client status updates.
• Communicate via phone, email, and video with clients worldwide.
• Maintain production schedules and weekly status reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams and sales as needed.
• Invoicing and ensuring billable parts are included.
• Additional duties as assigned.
