Qualifications

• University degree in clothing technology or manufacturing or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in apparel product development.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development for assigned medium complexity products from concept to production readiness.
• Manage fit approval and size specification process; lead fittings and decisions on workmanship.
• Provide technical solutions by analyzing designs for manufacturability, production, and material properties.
• Collaborate with design, product marketing, sourcing and suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
