PG&E is hiring for an AP Controls & Records Management role in Oakland, CA. The position is hybrid, combining remote work with a weekly presence at the Oakland General Office as needed.

You will manage vendor master data, ensure SOX/compliance, and partner with AP, Procurement, IT, and business stakeholders to strengthen controls and data integrity. Use SAP, Microsoft Copilot, Power BI, and automation tools to transform data into insights and drive process improvements.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3 years of Accounts Payable business and related systems experience.
• Experience with SAP ECC/S4 HANA and Power BI preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Maintains the Accounts Payable Vendor Master control environment, including SOX, operational controls, and compliance activities.
• Assists in developing dashboards and updating KPIs using Co Pilot and Power BI.
• Supports annual 1099 activities and Escheatment reporting.
• Assists in opportunities to use technology to improve control design and streamline processes.
• Supports investigation after breakdowns and performs root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Supports development or maintenance of AP policies, procedures and control documentation.
• Supports AP initiatives, system enhancements, process changes, and cross-functional projects affecting controls and data quality.
