Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of progressive Accounts Payable experience in a mid-to-large organization.
• Strong understanding of AP best practices, including 3-way match, purchase orders, accruals, and payment processing.
• Experience supporting system integrations, financial system implementations, or process automation projects.
• Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end accounts payable operations, ensuring invoices and payments are processed accurately and on time.
• Drive AP process improvements by identifying inefficiencies and implementing scalable, automated solutions.
• Support system implementations, upgrades, and integrations across Litera's financial tech stack.
• Own account reconciliations and month-end close activities with clean, timely results.
• Create and maintain SOPs, process documentation, and internal controls for AP operations.
