Job summary

You will manage capital invoicing, analyze discrepancies, and collaborate with project managers and leadership to ensure accurate payments

Qualifications

• Hands-on AP experience beyond basic invoice entry.
• Excel skills with Pivot Tables, CONCATENATE, and formulas.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and research abilities.
• Solid understanding of AP processes and payment workflows.

Responsibilities

• Manage capital invoicing processes and coordinate with project managers.
• Research and resolve complex invoice discrepancies, payment exceptions, retainage, and sales tax issues.
• Troubleshoot escalated Accounts Payable transactions and determine appropriate resolutions.
• Prepare and process journal entries and expense transfers.
• Analyze financial data, identify discrepancies, and support accurate payment processing.
• Assist with payment settlement processes and evolving financial responsibilities.
• Collaborate with accounting leadership, internal departments, and external partners.
