Equitable is seeking a Sales Associate for the Annuity Sales Desk in Charlotte, NC. The role launches you into an internal wholesaling career with a 6-week training program, supporting financial professionals and building product knowledge for Series 6 and 63 licensing.

This hybrid position offers on-site collaboration three days a week, a path to Regional Sales Associate, and a compensation package with a $50,000 base plus variable rewards.

Qualifikationen

• Must have Series 6 and 63 licenses or be willing to obtain within 180 days of start date
• Must have Resident Life and Variable Insurance Licenses or be willing to obtain within 180 days of start date
• Experience in financial or investment management is preferred but not required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Aufgaben

• Join our Sales Launch Training Program to learn annuity fundamentals and sales strategies
• Earn Series 6 and 63 licenses with study time and exam prep resources
• Provide inbound sales desk support and answer product questions for financial professionals
• Educate advisors on doing business with Equitable and deliver high-quality service
• Coordinate strategy with Regional Vice Presidents and help grow territory sales
