Job summary

Brighthouse Financial is seeking an Internal Sales Associate in Charlotte, NC with a hybrid/remote option. You’ll support financial advisors, handle inbound calls, and guide the sales process for annuity and life insurance solutions.

You’ll participate in training, provide accurate information, and identify next steps to move opportunities forward. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred, with licensing within six months if not already obtained.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; degree preferred.
• FINRA SIE and Series 6/7, and state life license preferred but not required at hire; licenses must be obtained within six months if not currently held.
• Strong communication and time management in a fast-paced sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from financial advisors about Brighthouse Financial’s annuity and life insurance solutions.
• Provide accurate information and deliver an exceptional advisor experience.
• Identify actionable next steps to move the sales process forward and strengthen advisor relationships.
• Provide product illustrations and connect advisors with resources to support client conversations.
• Collaborate with internal teams and progress opportunities with the Internal Wholesaler.
