Fidelity & Guaranty Life Insurance Company (F&G) is seeking an Internal Wholesaler, Annuity Distribution in Des Moines, IA to support agents and IMO marketers with product knowledge, case design, and training on illustration software. The role emphasizes outbound campaigns to drive annuity sales and collaborative work with the Annuity Distribution team.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of relevant experience, strong communication skills, and a background in customer service or sales support.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in sales support or customer service.
• Experience communicating across teams and solving problems.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently manage high-volume inbound phone and email inquiries, providing quality sales support to agents and marketers.
• Initiate proactive sales initiatives in coordination with Annuity Sales objectives.
• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of F&G products, practices and procedures.
• Identify and communicate new sales opportunities to Senior Internal Wholesalers and Regional Directors.
• Provide cross-organizational support to agents and marketers including inquiries related to contracting and commissions, new business and policyholder support.
• Train agents and marketers on F&G illustration software and agent website use; troubleshoot and report system issues.
• Maintain strong knowledge of annuity insurance industry and competitive landscape.
