Job summary

Reliance Matrix is seeking an External Wholesaler - FI to prospect, develop, and sustain sales relationships with licensed financial advisors and sales management in the financial institution distribution channel. The role targets increased annuity product sales through strategic plans and effective presentations.

The ideal candidate has a 4-year business degree, a Life Insurance license, and strong sales and communication skills, with experience in retirement planning and annuity products.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in business or related field; plus at least five years of related experience.
• Life Insurance license required; industry designations preferred.
• Experience with Financial Institutions and Broker Dealer channels a plus.
• Strong sales and relationship management experience required.
• Understanding of retirement planning and annuity products preferred.
• Analytical and excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory sales plan to maximize revenue in the FI channel.
• Represent Reliance Matrix professionally to financial advisors and management.
• Deliver sales presentations to small and large audiences.
• Conduct product and sales trainings, seminars, webinars.
• Maintain activity logs and broker profiles to track progress.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align resources for sales results.
