Qualifications

• BA in Business, Organizational Development, Healthcare Management, Psychology or related field.
• 4-5 years progressively responsible operational and management experience.
• Strong compensation or finance experience.
• Expert Excel (or Access), PowerPoint and Word; Outlook and other Microsoft suite.

Responsibilities

• Direct operational activities supporting Harborview Anesthesiology, including management of divisional space, equipment, and resources.
• Develop, monitor, and manage divisional budgets, expenditures, and financial resources; manage salary distribution activities and resource allocation strategies.
• Direct faculty scheduling, workforce deployment, and clinical coverage planning for operating room services and scheduling systems.
• Monitor faculty clinical commitments and productivity; implement adjustments to support efficiency.
• Develop and maintain operational and financial reports to evaluate program performance and support leadership decisions.
• Lead operational improvement projects and strategic initiatives across the division.
