Rothman Orthopaedics is seeking a full-time Ancillary Services Support Specialist for our Willow Grove, PA office. This hybrid role travels to regional offices to support front-desk operations, educate referral sources, and strengthen intra- and inter-office collaboration.

The role emphasizes increasing internal and external referrals, addressing access barriers, and partnering with leadership on growth initiatives, with a focus on optimizing workflows across locations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Healthcare, Front Desk or Patient Access/Call Center.
• Experience supporting Ancillary or front desk workflows.
• Strong Microsoft skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to increase internal Ancillary referral capture.
• Identify leakage opportunities and work with staff to improve utilization.
• Build relationships with external referral sources to generate incremental Ancillary volume.
• Educate referring offices on available services, locations, access, scheduling processes, and capabilities.
• Meet with site leadership to understand operational challenges and opportunities.
• Hybrid cross-coverage for Ancillary front desks as needed and dictated by management.
• Provide reporting and insights to support Ancillary Services.
