Job summary

United Way of Connecticut is seeking a Business Solutions Analyst to connect business needs, technology and data to support programs. The role is hybrid in Rocky Hill, CT with a Monday–Friday schedule and a pay range of $27.91–$32.98 per hour.

You will create reports, analyze workflows, test applications, and maintain data integrity while supporting cross‑functional teams to improve processes and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with related experience.
• Strong analytical, project management and business analysis skills.
• Experience in application development is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications required.

Responsibilities

• Create and deliver ad-hoc and institutional reports using various tools.
• Design and refine business requirements and processes for applications.
• Assess system requirements and create user documentation.
• Participate in acceptance testing to verify requirements are met.
• Collect and analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends.
• Monitor and maintain data integrity and timely deliverables.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system enhancements and reporting needs.
• Develop procedures and user resources for business processes.
