Role: Lead Business Analyst – Contact Center Analytics (AWS Connect)

Job Level: Manager

Location: Hartford CT

Job Summary

The Business Analyst (BA) is responsible for driving deep insights about Contact Center (AWS connect) business area and driving continuous improvement using the analysis. The BA should have a detailed understanding of a Contact Center business requirement or the ability to quickly get to the root cause of a particular business issue and draft solutions to meet requirements or resolve the root problems.

Roles And Responsibilities

As a Lead Business Analyst you are responsible for building a robust set of operational and business metrics working with cross-functional teams to design build deploy the reporting systems and utilize metrics to determine improvement opportunities. You will also be responsible for driving process improvement opportunities identified as part of AWS processes.

The annual salary for this position is between $129,000 – $152,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
