Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in related field required.
• One year of customer service experience preferred.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem solving, verbal, and written communication skills to effectively prioritize multiple assignments.
• Ability to make decisions within the scope of responsibility where operational guidelines/procedures are non-existent.
• Ability to work independently or within a team environment.
• General understanding of project management and/or Agile delivery process.

• Support projects and teams to produce desired results.
• Develop and improve departmental workflows, business processes, and standard policies.
• Produce routine and non-routine reports, presentations, letters, communications, and graphics.

• Interface with internal and external areas to resolve problems and capture requirements.
• Provide support with design, development, modification, testing, implementation, and maintenance of assigned systems.
