Job summary

XPO Logistics Freight Inc. is seeking an Analyst, Customer Solutions to join our hybrid team.

You will perform daily data searches across multiple systems to match shipment tender data with customer records and prepare findings for customers, guiding follow-up actions with the support team. You will also collaborate with management to drive workflow improvements and develop SOPs, while coordinating with Billing, EDI, and Operations to enhance account performance in a fast-paced, client-focused

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work or military experience.
• 2 years of experience in a customer success or related role, with a proven track record of quality analytics and customer relations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily data searches across multiple systems to match shipment tender data with customer records.
• Generate and report findings to customers, delegating follow-up actions to the support team.
• Efficiently manage multi-step processes using Excel and other data management tools.
• Collaborate with management to recommend workflow changes and develop SOPs for team use.
• Engage cross functional teams to improve account performance (Billing, Account setup, EDI, Operations).
• Collaborate with the support team and leaders to ensure seamless operations.
