Job summary

ICMA is seeking an experienced IT professional to administer NetForum AMS and provide day-to-day IT support. This role requires strong systems administration and a customer-centric approach, with prior nonprofit/assocation experience preferred.

The selected candidate will work onsite at ICMA's Washington, DC headquarters three days a week, and the salary ranges from $80,000 to $98,062, reporting to the IT Manager.

Qualifications

• B.S. or B.A. in technology-related field.
• Five (5) or more years of IT support and AMS experience.
• Experience with NetForum Enterprise AMS preferred.
• Experience with CMS and MS 365 applications.

Responsibilities

• Identify and implement solutions within ICMA's AMS, NetForum.
• Consult with business teams to prioritize projects and improve processes.
• Conduct training sessions for AMS users.
• Integrate other software with AMS and advise on integration impact.
• Coordinate with vendors to develop solutions and fix issues.
• Monitor AMS data integrity and perform system maintenance.
• Develop data queries and reports from AMS data.
• Provide end-user IT support and manage Help Desk tickets.
