Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc is seeking a Senior Director of Marketing for AMAPAC, responsible for translating GXO's global strategy into market-relevant programs that drive demand, pipeline, and revenue impact. This role unifies marketing across AMAPAC, owning the plan, campaigns, and alignment with commercial priorities.

The position is hybrid and based out of GXO offices in Charlotte NC, Greenwich CT, Fort Lauderdale FL, or Irving TX, with leadership over regional marketing and budget management.

Qualifications

• 12-15+ years of B2B marketing in a Fortune 500 company; Logistics or 3PL preferred.
• MBA or Post Graduate Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute regional marketing strategy for AmAPAC.
• Own regional programs and campaigns aligned to business objectives.
• Regionalize GXO’s value proposition for AmAPAC markets.
• Lead demand generation and pipeline creation across AmAPAC.
• Coordinate with Sales, Solutions and Customer Success to influence strategy.
• Build and develop the AmAPAC marketing team and capabilities.
• Manage regional marketing budget and ROMI; report KPIs.
