Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. seeks a senior leader to build and scale a best-in-class digital marketing engine, driving the customer value proposition across 3PL and warehouse automation sectors. The role owns the enterprise digital strategy and leads Marketing Operations, Campaigns, Analytics, and Project Management to power data-driven growth.

The position is hybrid, based in Charlotte NC with flexibility to work from Greenwich CT, Fort Lauderdale FL, or Irving TX, and requires 10–20% global travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital, or related field.
• MBA or postgraduate degree is a nice-to-have.
• Extensive experience in B2B Fortune 500 environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the enterprise digital marketing strategy across owned, earned, and paid channels.
• Own the digital channel mix, campaign orchestration, and always-on demand programs aligned to customer stages.
• Build and lead the Marketing Operations, Digital Campaigns, Analytics, and Project Management teams.
