Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Senior Director of Communications to establish and lead enterprise communications strategy across the AmAPAC region. The role reports to the Chief Communications Officer and partners with regional business leadership to strengthen reputation and executive visibility while engaging employees.

The position is hybrid and based in Greenwich, CT or Fort Lauderdale, FL, with travel to U.S. sites and events.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of communications experience including external communications.
• Experience leading media relations, corporate reputation and executive visibility programs.
• Experience in a global organization preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead regional communications strategy aligned to business priorities.
• Support AmAPAC leadership and partner with regional business executives.
• Drive external and internal comms, enhancing executive visibility and employee engagement.
• Coordinate with marketing and brand teams to ensure consistent voice.
• Coach and develop regional communications staff and manage vendors.
