Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc seeks a Senior Director of Communications to establish and lead enterprise communications strategy across the AmAPAC region, reporting to the CCO and partnering with regional leadership to strengthen reputation and executive visibility.

The role is hybrid and based in GXO offices in Greenwich, CT or Fort Lauderdale, FL, with travel to the US. It requires leading external and internal communications and coordinating with marketing and HR to drive cultural change and engagement.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of communications experience, including external communications
• Experience leading media relations, corporate reputation and executive visibility programs
• Experience in a global organization preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop enterprise communications strategy aligned to business priorities across AmAPAC region
• Lead media relations and external engagement for AmAPAC
• Drive internal communications and employee engagement
• Partner with regional leadership and HR to support change management
• Manage agencies and external vendors; coach leaders to strengthen communications capacity
