Job summary

Oregon Health & Science University Foundation is seeking an Associate Director of Alumni Engagement to lead regional and affinity engagement initiatives, supervise volunteer resources, and grow alumni chapters. You will also drive Alumni Weekend activities and support other key events throughout the year.

The role requires excellent project management, communication, and relationship-building skills, with hybrid work and a starting salary in the Foundation's structured pay bands.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in an administrative support function.
• Experience with project coordination.
• Experience with event fundraising is preferred.
• Foundation, healthcare, or university experience preferred.
• Experience working in Salesforce or another CRM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee growth and stewardship of regional and affinity chapters.
• Support volunteer chapter leadership through communication, meetings, and development plans.
• Plan 3–4 regional events per year and manage budget for each chapter.
