Job summary

Sunflower Bank, N.A. is seeking an Asset Liability Treasury Manager to lead ALM practices and optimize the bank’s balance sheet. You will model interest-rate risk, run scenario analyses, and collaborate with Treasury and other departments to meet regulatory expectations.

The role reports to the Assistant Treasurer and requires a strong background in ALM, analytics, and data management, with a focus on risk-adjusted returns and financial sustainability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or economics.
• 5+ years in Treasury or related areas within banking or quantitative analytics.
• Direct knowledge of Asset Liability Management (ALM) strategies and processes.
• Additional industry-recognized certifications preferred.
• Experience with ZMDesk, Moody’s OALM model preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance the ALM model supporting NII and EVE sensitivity.
• Monitor market conditions and trends impacting interest-rate risk and liquidity positions.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal risk management guidelines.
• Develop treasury risk practices aligned with bank’s strategies and balance sheet goals.
• Prepare reports on NII, EVE model results, and performance for senior management.
