CORAS is seeking an Agentic AI Solutions Engineer to help customers design and deploy intelligent decision workflows using the CORAS platform, translating operational challenges into AI-enabled solutions across DoD missions.

This hybrid role combines solutions engineering, analytics, and AI workflow design; you will work with Power Platform, ServiceNow, Salesforce, and other enterprise tools, integrating data sources and guiding users to adopt automated decision agents.

Qualifications

Customer-facing experience in technology or analytics implementations.
Experience with enterprise platforms (Power Platform, ServiceNow, Salesforce) for building dashboards/workflows.
Familiarity with data pipelines, scripting (SQL, Python, PowerShell, JavaScript) a plus.

Responsabilités

Engage with mission stakeholders to understand analytical requirements and priorities.
Leverage Power BI/Power Platform/ServiceNow/Salesforce to create user-driven solutions.
Set up what-if scenarios, AI agents, and automated workflows for predictive decision-making.
Present reliable data analysis processes to optimize decisions.
Act as trusted advisor to end-users, guiding system capabilities and adoption.
Champion data best practices and stay current on analytics/AI innovations.
Troubleshoot data-related challenges with CORAS customers and prospects.
Provide guidance to users to maximize CORAS benefits.
Collaborate with development to enhance product capabilities based on feedback.
Drive continuous improvement of data processes, standards, and methodologies.
