Job summary

ARCO, a family of construction companies, seeks an AI Solutions Analyst to embed with departments across the business and solve real work bottlenecks using AI. You will design, pilot, and deploy agents and AI workflows that cut hours and errors, partnering with IT, Data & Analytics, and Security to ensure governance and data access.

You will own problems end to end—from initial conversation to adoption—measuring impact by time saved and productivity gains, and turning good ideas into funded

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience solving operational problems with technology in business or systems roles.
• Hands-on experience building with AI tools and automations with platforms like Claude, ChatGPT, Power Automate, Glean, n8n, Zapier.
• Strong discovery skills to extract real needs quickly.
• Product instincts to scope small, ship early, and learn from usage.
• Outstanding communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Exceptional customer service (Raving Fans).
• Construction/AEC or field-based industry experience is a nice to have.
• Experience with Procore, Viewpoint, Power BI, or Microsoft Fabric is a nice to have.

Responsibilities

• Embed with departments to identify high-value problems and bottlenecks.
• Design and build AI agents and workflows connected to core systems.
• Prototype, pilot, and iterate solutions with real project teams.
• Create guides, train first users, and drive adoption of successful solutions.
• Measure outcomes like hours saved and errors avoided, reporting impact to leadership.
• Evaluate vendor tools vs build-it-yourself options and present recommendations.
• Document solutions for long-term maintenance and hand-off.
