The role focuses on designing, implementing, and optimizing AI-powered solutions built on modern agentic frameworks, integrating with enterprise data systems, and delivering production-ready AI systems.

The candidate will collaborate with a cross-disciplinary team of AI specialists, software engineers, data scientists, and product owners to transform client ecosystems while maintaining robust

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret Clearance required.
• Local to DC/MD/Northern VA area required.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• 5+ years of AI software engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimize agentic AI systems using orchestration frameworks.
• Implement multi-step, tool-enabled AI agentic workflows.
• Use foundation models on Amazon Bedrock for generation, extraction, and planning.
• Iteratively tune AI workflows and tool-use optimization.
• Conduct structured testing and evaluation of AI behavior.
• Diagnose issues and implement guardrails and workflow adjustments.
• Integrate AI components with databases and enterprise tools.
• Document model usage patterns and experiments.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity and governance teams.
