Striveworks in Austin, TX is seeking a Technical Sourcer to build talent pipelines for software engineering roles. You will craft targeted outreaches, leverage sourcing tools, and align with recruiters and hiring managers to meet complex requirements.

You’ll analyze sourcing metrics, adapt strategies, and reflect Striveworks’ mission and values while delivering high-quality candidates in a fast-paced government-focused AI environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Technical Sourcer, ideally focused on software engineering.
• Ability to create and execute sourcing strategies across multiple channels.
• Strong research skills and the ability to identify talent.
• Proficiency in crafting and using Boolean strings.
