Job summary

The AI Senior Security Engineer at Littler is responsible for establishing and operating the firm's AI security capability, combining hands-on technical assurance with governance, advisory, and enablement responsibilities.

This hybrid role supports the business in adopting AI safely, protecting sensitive information, reducing regulatory exposure, and maturing AI controls across the AI lifecycle and engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• Core security: CISSP, CISM, or CCSP.
• AI/governance: ISO/IEC 42001 lead implementer/auditor or AI security/governance certification.
• Cloud security certifications relevant to provider(s).

Responsibilities

• AI/ML security engineering and assurance across AI systems, models, and integrations.
• AI security governance and controls for data prompts, embeddings, and logs.
• AI governance, risk, and compliance aligned to NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 42001 and regulations.
• Innovation and enablement: evaluate and adopt emerging AI security capabilities.
• Leadership and collaboration: act as AI security subject-matter expert with Legal, Privacy, Risk, Engineering.
