Job summary

Littler is seeking an AI Senior Security Engineer to establish and operate the firm’s AI security capability, blending hands-on assurance with governance, advisory, and enablement responsibilities. The role supports safe AI adoption while protecting sensitive information and maturing AI controls.

This hybrid role can be resident in Minneapolis, MN, with an onsite requirement once per month. The salary range is $162,700–$179,000 with eligibility for performance-based bonuses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• Security certifications: CISSP, CISM, or CCSP.
• AI/governance certification: ISO/IEC 42001 lead implementer/auditor or equivalent.
• Cloud security certifications relevant to primary providers.

Responsibilities

• AI/ML security engineering and assurance across AI lifecycle.
• Governance and controls for AI security and data handling.
• AI risk reviews aligned to standards and regulation.
• Innovation and enablement of secure AI capabilities.
• Leadership as AI security SME; partner with Legal, Privacy, Risk, Eng.
• Response to AI incidents and control failures.
