Job summary

The Vanguard Group in Malvern is seeking a hands-on Productivity Enablement Specialist to accelerate AI-driven process transformations. You will partner with engineering, product, platform, and architecture teams to reduce friction and improve flow, using AI tooling and workflow optimization to deliver measurable productivity gains.

In this role you will embed AI into the flow of work, lead deep-dive improvements, and turn experiments into repeatable practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum of eight years of experience in software engineering, technology transformation, developer productivity, technical program management, consulting, or a related technology discipline.
• Undergraduate degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, modern engineering practices, and delivery methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Own team-level productivity improvement across 6-7 teams with measurable impact.
• Design and implement AI-powered workflows, automations, and orchestration.
• Lead value-stream and FLOW deep dives to identify bottlenecks and improvements.
• Embed AI into the flow of work across drafting, summarization, backlog shaping, and testing.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, platform, and architecture leaders.
• Translate insights into actionable system, process, and tooling changes.
• Document repeatable workflows, playbooks, and approaches for scale.
• Build team capability so AI-enabled improvements become sustainable.
• Surface early indicators of risk through AI-powered insights.
