Qualifikationen

• Eight years in software engineering, technology transformation, or related tech disciplines.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
• Proven ability to remove delivery bottlenecks and drive measurable productivity gains.

Aufgaben

• Own team-level productivity improvements across multiple technology teams.
• Apply hands-on AI tooling to design and implement AI-powered workflows and automations.
• Lead value-stream and FLOW deep dives to identify friction points and deliver actionable improvements.
• Embed AI into the flow of work to reduce manual effort and accelerate delivery.
• Partner with teams to deliver measurable change using throughput, predictability, quality, and flow metrics.
• Document proven workflows, patterns, and playbooks for scale across teams.
• Build team capability to sustain AI-enabled improvements as a standard way of working.
• Serve as a hands-on execution arm of cross-region productivity initiatives.
