Job summary

AIG PC Global Services, Inc. is seeking an AI Workforce Productivity Tool Enablement Leader to shape, enable, and continuously improve the use of AI-enabled productivity and collaboration tools across the enterprise.

You will partner with IT, Legal Enterprise Risk, and business stakeholders to drive adoption, governance, and measurable value from tools like Microsoft 365 Copilot, Claude, and workflow platforms while maintaining security and compliance.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
7+ years of experience in digital workplace, productivity tools, or enterprise technology adoption.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Anthropic Cowork, Microsoft Copilot and similar tools.
Experience leading enterprise tool adoption, governance, or transformation initiatives.
Ability to translate business needs into practical technology-enabled solutions.
Strong stakeholder management to influence senior leaders and teams.
Data, telemetry, and outcomes-driven approach to measure adoption.
Understanding of security, compliance, records management, privacy, and responsible AI.

Responsibilities

Lead efforts to review and validate efficacy of AI-powered productivity adoption programs.
Identify business challenges and opportunities for value creation via AI tools.
Develop and execute a workforce productivity tools strategy aligned with priorities.
Define and track metrics for adoption, usage, satisfaction, and value realization.
Establish capabilities for rapid experimentation in a safe manner.
Define and maintain usage guidelines and governance standards for tools.
Monitor vendor roadmaps and emerging best practices for productivity tools.
