Qualifications

• 4–6+ years in software or ML engineering.
• Hands-on experience with production LLMs.
• Experience with AI evaluations and benchmarks.
• Knowledge of RAG, retrieval, prompts.
• Experience with cloud apps and data integration.
• Strong communication with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop production AI solutions.
• Evaluate models and prompts for quality and cost.
• Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders.
• Design structured data models and knowledge capture.
• Contribute to architecture discussions and CI/CD.
