You will join the Data & AI team and own defined technical initiatives, collaborating with developers, data engineers, and business stakeholders. This hybrid Chicago-based role offers opportunities to influence platform decisions and advance enterprise AI capabilities across the firm.

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years of software/ML engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience deploying LLMs in production.
• Experience with AI evaluations, benchmarks, or performance testing.
• Knowledge of RAG and context optimization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and evaluate AI models and performance baselines.
• Optimize RAG retrieval and context management.
• Deliver AI use cases from design to deployment.
• Collaborate with data engineers, developers, and stakeholders.
• Ensure governance and security considerations for AI solutions.
