Qualifications

• 4–6+ years of software or ML engineering experience.
• Hands‑on in developing, deploying, or supporting LLM apps in production.
• Experience with AI evaluations, benchmarks, or performance testing.
• Knowledge of RAG, information retrieval, prompt engineering, and context optimization.
• Proficiency in cloud applications, APIs, and data integration workflows.
• Understanding of enterprise data governance, privacy, and security.
• Ability to communicate complex technical topics to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize AI solutions; own defined initiatives within Data & AI.
• Evaluate models, prompts, configurations, and track performance and cost.
• Design workflows that capture employee expertise for AI use.
• Collaborate with developers, data engineers, and business stakeholders.
• Contribute to architecture discussions, testing, CI/CD, and code reviews.
• Ensure privacy, security, and governance in AI datasets and solutions.
