Job summary

Whitley Penn is seeking an AI Governance Senior Analyst to administer the firm’s AI platforms and governance framework, leading risk, compliance, and oversight across tools and technologies.

The ideal candidate will partner with Information Security, Legal, Risk, Compliance and business units to ensure secure and compliant deployment of AI in alignment with the firm’s strategic objectives and client service standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• Strong understanding of risk management frameworks (NIST, ISO, SOC 2).
• Experience with AI governance and model risk is advantageous.
• Knowledge of data governance and privacy principles.
• Experience creating governance dashboards and executive updates.

Responsibilities

• Administer the firm’s AI platforms and tools.
• Identify and mitigate risks related to AI tools and technologies.
• Collaborate with IT, security, risk, and compliance teams to define data and security standards.
• Manage licensing, access, settings, configurations, and policies in AI platforms.
• Develop and enforce AI governance policies and procedures.
• Produce reporting and analytics, roadmaps, and maturity models for leadership.
