Job summary

DTCC is seeking a Technology Research & Innovation AI Governance Senior Associate to shape and execute the enterprise AI governance framework. You will partner with AI Enablement, risk, compliance, and product teams to ensure responsible AI and auditable artifacts across the lifecycle.

You will drive governance metrics, attestation processes, and executive reporting, enabling innovation with strong control and regulatory alignment in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in technology, risk management, governance, or related disciplines.
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Shape and implement DTCC’s enterprise AI governance framework and controls.
• Guide AI use cases through governance pathways and risk assessment.
• Define governance metrics, reporting, and executive dashboards.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, risk, compliance, and legal teams to ensure accountable AI.
