Fisher Investments seeks an Engineering Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of AI solutions and to grow an engineering team in Plano, TX. You will collaborate with business leaders, architects, and partners to deliver scalable, secure, and production-ready applications that address complex challenges.

You bring deep hands-on AI/GenAI experience, a strong software engineering foundation, and a track record of shipping real-world solutions with a focus on governance and responsible AI.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in software engineering with leadership.
• 2+ years building AI/GenAI apps.
• Experience across SDLC and multiple architectures.
• Hands-on with LLMs, RAG, AI agents, vector databases.
• Cloud-native, APIs, DevOps/MLOps, AI deployment.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and security governance.
• BA/BS or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor AI and software engineers, promoting collaboration and career growth.
• Improve end-to-end development of AI solutions from architecture and experimentation through production deployment and monitoring.
• Partner with architects and stakeholders to prioritize work and define technical roadmaps.
• Establish AI engineering best practices, including MLOps, LLMOps, testing, observability, security, governance, and responsible AI.
• Evaluate latest AI technologies and drive scalable, reusable platforms.
