Job summary

Fisher Investments is seeking a Software Engineer to design, build, and deploy cutting-edge AI systems using LLMs, graph databases, and GPU-accelerated frameworks. You will work with AI leads, ML engineers, and platform teams to deliver scalable, secure AI solutions integrated with enterprise systems.

The role emphasizes production-ready pipelines, RAG architectures, and low-latency deployments on Azure, Databricks, and modern microservices.

Qualifications

• 6+ years building data-driven software solutions
• 3+ years hands-on AI development
• Proficiency in Python for LLM applications
• Experience with generative AI models and multimodal models
• Experience deploying AI apps with Azure Foundry, Docker, Kubernetes and GPU compute
• BS in CS/AI or related field, or equivalent experience
• Experience with Azure AI services, model fine-tuning, and tool integration

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy generative AI models in production
• Build and maintain APIs and microservices using FastAPI
• Create robust LLM pipelines and retrieval-augmented generation
• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise apps using secure cloud architectures
• Develop data ingestion, transformation, and orchestration with Databricks
• Incorporate graph databases for enhanced retrieval and RAG
• Ensure models are explainable, reliable, and compliant
• Monitor performance and iterate on prompts and configurations
