Fisher Investments is expanding its Generative AI capabilities and seeks a Software Engineer to design, implement, and scale AI applications using LLMs, GPU acceleration, and modern API frameworks. You will build production-ready AI systems, expose capabilities via FastAPI, and collaborate with AI leads, ML engineers, and platform teams.

The role emphasizes secure, cloud-native architectures, data workflows with Databricks, graph databases, and governance.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience building data-driven software solutions.
• 3+ years of hands-on AI development experience.
• Python proficiency with LLMs, embeddings, vector databases, and RAG.
• Experience with generative AI models, including multimodal.
• CI/CD pipelines and automated testing for AI apps.
• Distributed training, GPU optimization, and large-scale model frameworks.

Responsabilités

• Design, build, and deploy generative AI models in production environments.
• Develop APIs and microservices using FastAPI for enterprise access.
• Architect robust LLM pipelines with training workflows and RAG systems.
• Integrate AI into enterprise apps with secure, cloud-native architectures.
• Build data ingestion and orchestration pipelines using Databricks and Delta Lake.
• Ensure models are explainable, reliable, and compliant with governance.
• Monitor performance with observability tools and iterative prompt improvements.
