Job summary

re:Members seeks an experienced Agentic Engineer to design, develop, and support the application suite using C#, SQL, and JavaScript, while architecting AI‑driven features and systems.

We value spec‑driven development, robust DevOps practices, and collaboration across teams. Eligible candidates reside in DC, FL, IL, IN, MD, MI, MN, NC, NJ, OH, PA, SC, TN, TX, VA; salary ranges from $100,000 to $130,000 USD annually with a hybrid/remote‑first workplace.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years building and supporting production software systems.
• Experience with agentic engineering and spec-driven development in daily workflow.
• Strong understanding of software design, system decomposition, and ER data modeling.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support the re:Members application suite using C#, SQL, JavaScript with AI features.
• Advance agentic, spec-driven development workflows and AI-assisted coding practices.
• Ensure stability, scalability, and resiliency across environments; monitor and perform root-cause analysis.
• Apply Git, Jira and DevOps principles to contribute to code quality and system design decisions.
