Job summary

Qualifications

7–10 years of experience in integration architecture, development, and delivery.
Strong expertise in MuleSoft, Spring Boot and API-led connectivity.
Hands-on experience building microservices and distributed systems on AWS.
Proven ability to design scalable, secure, and high-performance integration solutions.
Solid understanding of API design principles (REST, OpenAPI, versioning, governance).
Experience working in Financial Services / Insurance domain.
Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and stakeholder communication skills.
Ability to lead technical teams and drive delivery in Agile environments.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end design and delivery of integration solutions using MuleSoft, Spring boot, microservices, and API-led architectures.
Define and enforce best practices for API design, integration patterns, and reusable component development.
Architect and implement scalable integration solutions on AWS leveraging cloud-native services.
Drive modernization of legacy integrations into decoupled microservices and API-based ecosystems.
Leverage AI-assisted development tools and modern coding assistants to accelerate software delivery, improve code quality, and enhance developer productivity.
Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and mentorship to development teams across onshore/offshore models.
Collaborate with enterprise architects, product teams, and business stakeholders to align integration strategy with business goals.
Ensure solutions meet non-functional requirements including performance, scalability, security, and resiliency.
Establish CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and automation for integration delivery.
Lead troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement for production systems.
