Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced MuleSoft Architect for its North America practice in New York. You will translate complex business needs into scalable MuleSoft architectures, advise clients, and guide delivery teams through design, build, and deployment with governance and security at the core.

You will leverage API-led connectivity, reuse assets, and established patterns while mentoring others and shaping enterprise integration strategies across industries.

Qualifications

• 7+ years translating business requirements into architectures and designs.
• 7+ years client-facing advisory and communication skills.
• 5+ years with integration architecture including JDBC, SOAP, REST, HTTP/HTTPS, JMS, and file-based connectivity.
• 4+ years hands-on MuleSoft experience as developer or architect.
• MuleSoft certification or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire.
• 3+ years experience with MuleSoft architecture, API and integration design.
• 3+ years experience with Anypoint Platform components.

Responsibilities

• Lead MuleSoft solution design and define integration architectures aligned to business outcomes.
• Translate requirements into designs using API-led connectivity and patterns.
• Recommend scalable MuleSoft patterns, assets, environment strategies, and best practices.
• Advise stakeholders and teams throughout requirements, design, build, test, deployment, and support.
• Mentor less experienced MuleSoft professionals and review technical deliverables.
• Support scoping, effort estimates, planning, deployments, and knowledge transfer.
• Utilize AI tools for architecture documentation while ensuring quality and security.
