The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of marketing/communications and strong project management skills. Experience with AI tools and content automation, plus familiarity with Workfront or HubSpot, is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in marketing, communications, project management or related field.
• Ability to translate complex topics into clear messaging for varied audiences.
• Experience with AI/LLM tools to create and refine content.
• Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience with Workfront, HubSpot or Planner preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate development and delivery of communications initiatives across business functions.
• Manage scalable communications workflows, content systems, and approvals.
• Leverage AI/LLM tools for content creation and refinement while preserving brand voice.
• Design scalable processes to improve content delivery and efficiency.
• Lead projects from initiation to completion, tracking timelines and outcomes.
