Qualifications

7+ years in category management, strategic sourcing, supply chain, or related field.
Proven track record in enterprise-wide sourcing initiatives across clinical, medical-surgical, or physician items.

Responsibilities

Develop and lead comprehensive category strategies aligning with client priorities and objectives.
Lead end-to-end sourcing initiatives including RFI/RFPs, supplier evaluation, negotiations, and contracts.
Guide stakeholder committees and present strategies and outcomes to executive audiences.
Manage a complex category portfolio with cross-functional collaboration across analytics, implementation, and value analysis teams.
Apply advanced AI fluency to enhance strategy, market intelligence, and decision-making; ensure responsible use of AI tools.
