• Proven negotiation and contracting experience.
• Healthcare, group purchasing, or regulated industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead category strategies aligned with client priorities and objectives.
• Lead end-to-end sourcing, RFI/RFP, negotiations, contracting, and implementation.
• Manage stakeholder committees and present strategies to executives.
• Mentor teammates and provide subject-matter expertise across category teams.
• Evaluate spend data, identify savings, standardization, and innovation opportunities.
