Schwab is seeking an AI Developer to design, build, test, deploy, and support AI agents and automated workflows using Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot Studio. The role emphasizes collaboration with business users, process owners, and control partners to meet financial crime risk-management needs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional software development or related experience.
• Hands-on experience developing AI agents, automated workflows, or AI-enabled applications.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, Copilot Studio, Power Automate, and Dataverse.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI agents, automated workflows, and AI-enabled applications.
• Translate requirements into scalable solution architectures and designs.
• Build agents, plugins, actions, connectors, and data structures for end-to-end solutions.
• Integrate apps and workflows with APIs, data sources, connectors, and enterprise systems.
• Write, review, and improve code for AI, automation, and data processing solutions.
• Own solutions through design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Evaluate quality, edge cases, and security considerations; ensure responsible data handling.
• Monitor production performance, analyze logs, and remediate incidents.
• Communicate technical decisions across business, technology, and control teams.
• Explore emerging AI capabilities and recommend practical adoption approaches.
