Charles Schwab is seeking an AI Developer to design, build, test, and support AI agents and automated workflows using Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot Studio. The role emphasizes scalable architectures, secure data handling, and collaboration with business, technology, and control teams.

You will work in a hybrid setup with four days in the office and one remote day, contributing to risk management and intelligent automation across financial crime processes.

Qualifications

• Experience designing AI agents, automated workflows, or AI-enabled apps.
• Proficiency with Power Platform or Copilot Studio, including agents or plugins.
• Ability to translate requirements into scalable architectures and production-ready designs.
• Experience owning solutions end-to-end from design to production support.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI agents, automated workflows, and AI-enabled apps using Power Platform and Copilot Studio.
• Translate requirements into scalable architectures and technical designs.
• Build integrations, connectors, and data structures to support end-to-end solutions.
• Write, review, and improve production code; monitor and support deployments.
• Collaborate across business, technology, and control teams on decisions and risk controls.
• Evaluate quality, edge cases, and responsible handling of sensitive data.
