Job summary

Vidorra Consulting Group is seeking a hands-on Forward Deployed AI Engineer to design and deploy AI/GenAI solutions for real business use cases in Mountain View. You will prototype, productionize, and integrate AI models with enterprise systems while working closely with product, business, engineering, and client teams.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building AI/GenAI applications.
• Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, and embeddings.
• Strong Python and/or Java programming.
• Backend API, microservices, and enterprise system integrations.
• Cloud experience, preferably AWS.
• Ability to translate business problems into technical AI solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy AI/GenAI applications using LLMs and embeddings.
• Create prototypes, proof-of-concepts, and production-ready AI solutions.
• Integrate AI models with backend systems and tools.
• Collaborate with product, business, engineering, and client teams to gather requirements.
• Translate business problems into technical AI solutions.
• Lead demos, solution discussions, status updates, and technical walkthroughs.
• Write clean, maintainable production-grade code.
• Ensure AI solutions are secure, scalable, reliable, and properly monitored.
