Job summary

Programmers.io in Irving, TX is seeking an AI/GenAI engineer to contribute to prompt engineering, develop AI-powered workflows, and assist in deploying models to production. You will collaborate with data scientists and engineers to ensure seamless AI integration and reliable APIs.

Strong Python and ML framework experience are important, with exposure to LangChain, LlamaIndex, and Hugging Face considered a plus.

Qualifications

Must have strong experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and workflow orchestration.
Familiarity with RAG systems and hybrid search techniques.
Experience with Multi-Agent systems and containerization (Docker).
Proficiency in Python for AI development, data preprocessing, and scripting.
Exposure to generative AI tools (LangChain, Hugging Face, LlamaIndex) is a plus.
Understanding of version control (Git) and responsible AI principles.

Responsibilities

Contribute to prompt engineering and development of AI-powered workflows.
