Job summary

Vidorra Consulting Group is seeking an AI Architect in San Jose to design, develop, and deploy advanced AI models. You will evaluate performance, fine-tune for scalability, and work with data engineers and software teams to deliver end-to-end AI solutions.

The role requires 6–10 years in AI/ML model development, 2–3 years with LLMs, and strong Python/PyTorch/TensorFlow expertise. A CS/AI/DS degree and solid math foundation are essential.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of AI/ML/Deep Learning model development experience.
• 5 years of experience with Cloud AI platforms (SageMaker/Azure ML/GCP AI).
• 2–3 years hands-on with LLMs, NLP, or speech/voice AI in production.
• 3–5 years designing, training, and fine-tuning LLMs or AI models including Speech/Voice AI.
• 2+ years in Agentic AI frameworks like LangChain and LangGraph.
• 2–3 years familiarity with evaluation metrics, bias detection, and optimization.
• 5 years integrating AI models into applications via APIs or pipelines.
• 3+ years Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar frameworks.
• Azure services experience including Azure AI Speech & Translator, OpenAI, AI Search, containers/AKS, API Management.
• Bachelor's or Master's in CS/AI/DS; strong math/stats foundation.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy advanced AI models to meet business needs.
• Evaluate model performance, fine-tune, ensure scalability and reliability.
• Explain AI concepts clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Mentor junior AI engineers and review code/models for best practices.
• Identify bottlenecks; troubleshoot deployment and integration challenges.
• Analyze data patterns and model outputs to derive actionable insights.
• Present results concisely; collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Provide feedback and mentoring; contribute to Agile/Scrum projects.
• Deliver regular updates and maintain diligence in responsibilities.
